Our Chief Executive Officer, Eric Snelgrove, began Revere after a decade and a half serving in the executive and legislative branches of the U.S. Government. Prior to his current role, Eric was a Professional Staff Member with the House Armed Services Committee and Minority Staff Lead of the Intelligence, Emerging Threats and Capabilities Subcommittee. In this capacity, he conducted oversight of more than $50 billion in defense programs and advised Members of Congress on issues related to science and technology, information technology, counterterrorism, countering weapons of mass destruction, special operations forces, information operations, cyberspace activities, and emerging threats.
Through a Masters in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Bachelors in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, his experience solving our nation's most complex problems inside Special Operations Forces, and as a Professional Staff Member on the powerful House Armed Services Committee, Eric has developed the knowledge and network required to devise and implement effective corporate strategies and federal government relations approaches. He currently resides in Maryland with his four children.

Dr. Arun Seraphin is the Director of the Emerging Technologies Institute at the National Defense Industrial Association. Between 2021 and 2014, Arun was a Professional Staff Member on the the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services. His areas of responsibility included acquisition policy, funding and policies for the Department of Defense’s science and technology programs and information technology systems, technology transition issues, defense laboratories and test ranges, Small Business Innovation Research program, manufacturing programs, test and evaluation programs, and Pentagon management issues. From 2010 to 2014, Arun served as the Principal Assistant Director for National Security and International Affairs at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
Dr. Seraphin earned a Ph.D. in Electronic Materials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he performed research on silicon nanotechnology. He also holds bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Engineering Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Seraphin is the son of Indian immigrants, and was born and raised on Long Island, NY. He currently resides in Virginia with his wife and five school-aged children.

Bess Dopkeen has worked for almost two decades in Defense, most recently serving as the Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering where she championed and guided policy, issues, and programs spanning from basic research through prototyping and experimentation. Previously, Bess was a professional staff member on the House Armed Services Committee and the majority's lead for the Science and Technology and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction portfolios. Before the Hill she was a senior analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Cost Assessment & Program Evaluation. She led the Defense Innovation Board's 2018 congressionally mandated Software Acquisition and Practices study for the Under Secretary of Acquisition and Sustainment, and she was the Program Manager for the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise.
Bess holds degrees from Tufts University and the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy at National Defense University, where she was a distinguished graduate. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and their two children.
